Full Circle Refuge has an educational program that provides straight forward realistic insights on identifying local gangs and at-risk youth, and which actions can be implemented to make our communities safer, including identifying who is at-risk.

Specifically, the BCSO will be hosting the One Degree at a Time (ODAT) Program which is where FCR’s highly trained mentors assist at-risk youth to move past obstacles, and fulfill their potential in this unique, intensive 10-week program. Parents are also mentored and supported through the crisis.

We would not be able to accomplish these goals without our many partners, including Georgia Power and for that, we are truly grateful.” Stated Chief Deputy Lewis Blanchard
